How to relabel returned goods
Do not stick a new label over the old one; two codes will confuse the scanner.
Inspect the returned item first, then remove the old label or cover it completely. The new label can carry the original code and the return date.
Keep returned items in a separate bin and change their status in the system before putting them back on sale.
