Privacy policy

How we collect, process and protect personal data

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how the personal data of users of the shtrix.uz website (the “Website”) is processed and protected.

The personal data operator is WSCONSULTING LLC (TIN 311544131, registered address: 13 Kesh St, Kesh MFY, Shahrisabz, Kashkadarya Region) (the “Operator”).

The Policy has been drawn up in accordance with Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” of 2 July 2019 and other applicable legislation.

By using the Website and sending a request, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the request form.

2. What data we collect

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

Through the request form you send us:

  • your name;
  • your phone number;
  • your company name (optional);
  • a comment (optional);
  • the website interface language.

When you visit the Website, the hosting provider may automatically record technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the date and time of the visit. This data is needed for the Website to run securely and reliably.

The request form is protected from bots by Google reCAPTCHA, which sends technical data about your device and browser (IP address, cookies) to Google LLC. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

We do not ask for or collect special categories of data (health, religious beliefs, biometric data, etc.).

3. Why we use your data

We use your data to:

  • contact you about your request and advise you on our services;
  • estimate the price and timeline and prepare a quote;
  • conclude and perform a contract;
  • improve our services and keep the Website secure.

Your data is not used to send you marketing messages without your consent.

4. Processing and storage

Request data is not stored on the Website: it is delivered straight to the Operator's responsible staff over a secure (HTTPS) channel, into a work chat in the Telegram messenger.

Only staff who need the data to handle your request and provide our services have access to it.

Data is kept until the purposes of processing have been achieved and for the periods required by law, and is then destroyed.

5. Sharing with third parties

The Operator does not sell your personal data or pass it on to third parties, except:

  • where you have consented to it;
  • at the request of authorised state bodies in the cases provided for by law;
  • to service providers that keep the Website running, only to the extent necessary and subject to confidentiality: hosting and protection (Cloudflare, Inc.), bot protection (Google LLC, reCAPTCHA), request delivery (Telegram messenger).

The servers of these services may be located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. By sending a request you consent to the cross-border transfer of your data for these purposes.

6. Cookies

The Website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not connect third-party analytics. The Google reCAPTCHA protection on the request form may set cookies it needs to work.

Your browser's local storage (localStorage) is used to remember the interface language you chose. See the Cookie policy for details.

7. Data security

The Operator takes the legal, organisational and technical measures needed to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

All data exchanged with the Website is encrypted using HTTPS.

8. Your rights

Under applicable law, you have the right to:

  • be informed about how your personal data is processed;
  • ask for your data to be clarified, changed or completed;
  • ask for processing to stop and for your data to be destroyed;
  • withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
  • complain to the authorised state body or a court if you believe your rights have been violated.

9. Changes to this Policy

The Operator may amend this Policy. A new version takes effect when it is published on the Website. The effective date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
